As cyclists we have all at one time or another had a close call with a motor vehicle. If you haven’t you are lucky. Each year there are thousands of cyclists that are involved in motor vehicle accidents. In 2008 we strive to provide the best support we can for our riders. Along with increasing the amount of THP motorcycles we are partnering with the Jeff Roth Cycling Foundation. This foundation was formed by the wife of Jeff Roth who died tragically while riding his bike in Maryville, TN after being struck by a car. The foundation advocates for the 3-foot law which states that all cars must provide at least three feet of room between the cyclist and their vehicle. For more information about the Jeff Roth Cycling Foundation you may visit www.jeffrothcyclingfoundation.org.
